Please read this agreement before accessing or using the information or services available on the GR8JOB website (“Site”). If you do access or use the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. GR8JOB may modify these terms and conditions at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting the modifications on the Site. Your continued use of the Site and our services constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions and any modifications to them.

GR8JOB also has a comprehensive Privacy Policy for users of the Site.

Copyright and trademarks

Copyright in the intellectual material, information and trademarks (including future copyright) on this Site is owned by GR JOBS an Australian privately owned business trading as “GR8JOB” ABN 92141911801, unless as posted on the site by Job Listers and Advertisers (for example Corporate Logos) or as otherwise indicated, and by using the site you agree not to infringe any copyright or other intellectual property rights owned by GR8JOB. If GR8JOB allows you to publish any content on the Site you grant to GR8JOB an irrevocable, permanent and royalty-free licence to use any content that has been submitted by you for placement on the Site which is deemed acceptable by GR8JOB, for the purpose of generating user views and applications.

Privacy Policy

If you choose to provide GR8OB with any personal information as part of your use of the Site (including job details, your company profile, contact details, your personal profile or your CV), this information will be managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please ensure that you read our Privacy Policy before you use this Site.

Nature of Information

You agree that information contained on this Site is for your personal use only and may not be sold, redistributed or used for any commercial purpose. You may download material from this Site for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided you keep intact all copyright and other intellectual property.

You may not use data mining, screen scraping, robots or similar data gathering tools on this Site or copy, reproduce, republish, modify, upload, post, transmit or distribute any information, code or software contained on the Site, for use on your own website or in any other publication, except with the prior written consent of GR8JOB, except that the foregoing does not apply to your own user content that you legally post on the GR8JOB Site. You must not use this Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms of use.

GR8JOB does not endorse or recommend any of the job opportunities advertised on its Site. GR8JOB recommends that you obtain your own independent advice prior to entering into any agreement with any of the Job-Listers or other Advertisers on the Site. It is entirely your responsibility to evaluate the validity and benefit of all statements, advice, services and other information provided on the Site. GR8JOB will not be liable to you or anyone else for any decision you may make or action you or any third party may take in reliance on any information, whether that information be included or omitted, from the Site.

GR8JOB provides no guarantees as to the security of the personal information which you may publish on the Site. It is the policy of GR8JOB to provide an open and transparent job-matching community of users by providing means whereby Job-Seekers may share personal, professional or commercial information with Job-Listers and vice-versa. However, you are entirely responsible for the content of the information you publish and are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of any contact details, your personal profile and any resumes or CVs that you choose to publish.

GR8JOB accepts no responsibility for the extent or nature of the information that any user may choose to publish on the site and while GR8JOB takes all due care in ensuring the integrity of the information you provide, it is possible that this information could be observed while being stored on GR8JOB systems or on GR8JOB’s Site. GR8JOB disclaims all liability to you to the greatest extent possible pursuant to law should this occur.

There are risks, including but not limited to the risk of physical harm, of dealing with strangers, foreign nationals, underage persons or people acting under false pretences. You assume all risks associated with dealing with other users with whom you come in contact through the GR8JOB Site. In the event that you have a dispute with one or more users, you release GR8JOB (and our agents and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential, direct and indirect) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

In using the GR8JOB Site and services you understand and acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in your personal profile, job-listing, advertisement or any other information that you publish on the Site.

As a Job-Seeker, a Job-Lister or an Advertiser you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your GR8JOB user account and password. You may not share your username, password or other account access information with any other party, temporarily or permanently. You shall be responsible for all uses of your GR8OB Site username and password, whether or not authorized by you. You agree to notify GR8OB immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your user account or password.

GR8JOB gives no guarantee to you of the continued availability of any particular job listed or product, service or resource advertised on the Site and will not be liable to you should an advertiser have filled the job vacancy or withdrawn or changed the product, service or resource advertised on the Site at any time prior to removal of the listing or advertisement from the Site.

Whilst GR8JOB makes every reasonable effort to ensure that jobs listed are for actual job vacancies, it gives no guarantee to you, or any third party, that every job listed represents an actual job vacancy.

Acceptable Use

You agree that in using the GR8JOB Site you will not knowingly make representations that are either false or misleading. You may use the Site for personal or professional purposes only but you may not use the Site to store, send, distribute or publish any offensive information or to make any unsolicited contact with a user.

GR8JOB operates an Acceptable Use policy in regard to the posting and refreshing of job-listings and advertisements. GR8JOB does not allow cosmetic refreshing of job-listings or advertisements, designed to reposition job-listings or ads at the top of search listings. GR8JOB reserves the right to remove any job-listing that is in breach of this policy.

Similarly GR8JOB operates an Acceptable Use policy in regard to the posting and refreshing of Job-Seeker personal profiles or resumes/CVs. GR8JOB does not allow cosmetic refreshing of Job-Seeker personal profiles or resumes/CVs designed to reposition such content at the top of search listings. GR8JOB reserves the right to remove any personal profiles or resumes/CVs that are in breach of this policy.

Job-Listers may only list one job position per job-listing, unless as otherwise agreed in writing with GR8JOB. GR8JOB reserves the right to individually charge for any multi job-listing that appears within any individual job submission. GR8JOB also reserves the right to remove any job-listing that is in breach of this policy.

GR8JOB reserves the right to limit the amount of data (including resume/CV views) that may be accessed by you in any given time period.

Unless otherwise agreed, Job-Listers and Advertisers may only include branding on the Site that represents the entity with whom the Job-Lister or Advertiser has a contractual arrangement, evidence of which arrangement GR8JOB may from time to time request to inspect. Failure to provide such evidence may result in the withdrawal of the job-listing from the Site without compensation or refund.

Similarly, in their personal profile and resumes/CVs, Job-Seekers may only use actual personal photo images of themselves, and may not use the image of another person, to represent themselves. Rather than using a personal photo image, a Job-Seeker may instead use an Avatar image, a symbolic image or representation, or some other non-human image, to take the place of a personal photo image.

All applications for jobs listed on the site must be submitting only via the Apply Online link provided on each job summary page. Subsequent correspondence between Job-Seekers, Job-Listers or Advertisers may then be conducted via internal GR8JOB forms where applicable, or by any other external systems (eg. Email, telephone, etc.) that the parties may choose to use. GR8JOB will not be responsible for the content, validity or suitability of such subsequent correspondence.


GR8JOB does not warrant the validity of the content on the GR8JOB Site. The content is provided to you “as is” and on an “as seen” basis and on the condition that you undertake all responsibility for assessing the accuracy of the content and rely on it at your own risk. All content on the Site may be changed at GR8JOB’s sole discretion and without notice.

GR8JOB does not warrant that any GR8JOB Site or any GR8JOB services will operate error-free or that any GR8JOB Site and its servers are free of computer viruses or other harmful mechanisms. GR8JOB makes no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the GR8JOB services, software, text, graphics, links or any other content on the Site.

General provisions

If any part of these terms and conditions are held to be invalid that part shall be severed from this agreement and the remainder of this agreement will continue to be valid and enforceable. Termination of this agreement will not end those provisions that are capable of surviving the ending of this agreement.

These terms and conditions and your use of the Site will be governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. You submit irrevocably to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State its Appellate Courts.

For the purposes of this agreement the words “GR8JOB”, “we”, “our” and “us” refer to GR JOBS t/a GR8JOB and “Site” to content delivered on www.gr8job.com and other co-branded versions of the Site.
